The 100 block of Main Street stands at a central junction in the revitalization of East Toledo, both in location and concept. Our vision to integrate the block into a united community fixture will draw new amenities to the neighborhood and create a destination to encourage new interest in the area. Using a scope which combines full renovation of significant properties, with removal and replacement of distressed sections, allows for improvement of the complete project to modern standards, by connecting all properties using a new shared area. Our design is intended to preserve the character of the environment while bridging the need to introduce a Downtown quality.
