Founder

During several decades in the construction industry Eli has successfully completed hundreds of millions of dollars project value, reinforcing a tendency towards quality first and versatile design. Most recently while deploying cutting edge right of way located, public utility infrastructure, he has refined his capability to balance community needs and project priorities. 

Project Management

With two decades of construction project management experience. Ranging from building redevelopment to large scale telecommunications infrastructure projects. He has passion for community development and Urbanism. Currently he sits on the board of Downtown Lansing Inc. as a resident board member where he focuses on real estate development planning and economic development.  

Real Estate

He is a commercial real estate broker working primarily in the field of new development in retail and office.  Michael worked for mixed use developments from the ground up at Levis Commons to existing developments at The Shops at Fallen Timbers. Michael's primary role is to find businesses that fit the development plan to help with projects becoming realized for construction.
